Home Made Nut Bars
Finally, a nut/granola bar that has everything you love and nothing you don't!
  1. In a small pan, or double boiler melt Cocoa Butter over low heat
  2. Add sugar to taste, and stir until dissolved
  3. Add Baker’s Chocolate, and dissolve, stirring constantly
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Line Mini Loaf Pans with Parchment
  6. Pour in enough chocolate to cover bottom of parchment
  7. Melt Butter in nonstick frying pan
  8. Add Sugar and dissolve in butter
  9. Add spices and stir until evenly incorporated.
  10. Over Medium-High heat, add nuts
  11. Stir and flip nuts constantly until they are golden brown
  12. Take off heat, and scoop into loaf pans, about ½ inch deep on top of Chocolate.
  13. Put another piece of parchment on top of each nut bar, and press with the bottom of a different loaf pan.
  14. Refridgerate at least ½ hour, or until hard.
  15. Keep cool until served.
