Chai Spice is at once pungent, complex and delicate. A spice that was initially made for making Chai Tea, 1/4 tsp per 12-oz cup of regular tea (plus cream and sugar of course) is all you need to transform it into the Chai you’ve been waiting for. Add 1/2 tsp to a quart of sun tea, or even as much as 1 tsp to a peach pie. The Cardamom accentuates the natural tang, while the other sweet spices just kind of gives a mellow sweetness that sings the praises of a ripe, sweetly tart, juicy peach that is so often missed in pies and preserves.
