A wonderfully bright, sweet, Spiced Apple pie
Line your pie-pan with half of your crust pastry and set aside.
Have your second half of pastry rolled out and ready to go for upper crust.
Pour the Lemon Juice over your apples and toss to coat
Mix your sugar, flour/starch, Sweet Breakfast, and salt together
Pour over apples, and toss to coat.
Put mixture into pie pan, creating a hill in the middle of the pan with the apples that don’t fit flat.
Place your butter evenly around the top of the apples
Place second crust over top, crimp edges together and slash holes for steam
Bake for 50-60 minutes and cool before serving.
